I'm extremely displeased with the customer service and the arborist. I signed the proposal June 3rd. Silence. Then Friday June 6th, Bartlett sent a safety crew to assess the removal. I happened to be home at that time by pure luck. The crew asked me to contact my neighbor to make sure it was okay to use their yard. I was then asked to let the arborist know what the outcome was.
