Me gustaría no darle ninguna estrella. Viví en el lugar por 6 años, pero hace 1 año y medio, es imposible tener tranquilidad aquí, ahora es su mayoría viven venezolanos, en los apartamentos hay hasta 10 personas, jamás tendrás parqueadero, son ruidosos y tiran las colillas de los cigarrillos por la ventana, todos los fines de semana tienen fiestas, con música a alto volumen que hacen mover los pisos y paredes, hay gente extraña merodeando por ahí. I lived here since 2017 and we had never had any problems with the neighbors and much less with the noise, a few months ago Venezuelan people started arriving to live in the apartments and everything started to change for these buildings, they make loud noise every day loud music and on weekends they have parties outside the buildings where it is prohibited to do so, the Amazon packages already disappear when they are left at the door of the building, before this did not happen, up to 7 and 10 people live per apartment and J... read more

I have lived in this place for 4 years and for a year the managers have put in more people than they could. It is no longer a quiet place to live, someone has started stealing packages, there is not enough parking for vehicles and at night several cars have to stay on the street where there are signs indicating no parking. They also had a cleaning staff that vacuumed the steps/ hallways and they stopped doing that maintenance.

Lived here for nearly 10 years, great apartments amazing environment, huge improvements near the area but in the past couples of months parking is the worst !! I’ve had to park in the streets multiple times I’ve reported it many times but nothing seems to be done. Many refugees are coming here such as (Colombians, Venezuelans and more) but that’s not the issue, the issue is there are many people living in one single apartment which explains why there is never parking !!!
