Worked on my in-laws house, it’s been 7 months, the job still isn’t complete. Can’t get any of them to respond, Rich is the one who took the job on, we had to find people to help him do the work when he was up here and then he hasn’t come back up to finish it. Would not recommend.
Had gutters put on by them 4 years ago. They started leaking 2 years later. They put 5 inch gutters when I asked for 6. Now it rains so hard they over flow. I have lifetime warranty. Won't answer the phone, nor will respond. Would never hire them again. Now in the process of looking for someone to upgrade. Paid $1700 for a product that doesn't work for me!
installed guttering on house. after about a year or so the corners started leaking. someone came out and looked at them and said they failed and they were under warranty and they would come replace them. we never heard from them again. have been trying to contact them for 2 yrs and no response. I would be very wary about using them at all.
They installed gutters on my house a few years ago. Never would give me a receipt for the job that they completed. I also had to call them back to the house 2 or 3 different times for repairs to the guttering. I'm still having problems with the gutters. I'm now getting ready to have them replaced again. My gutters were installed with straps to the top of the roof and most of the straps are coming off and the gutters are now sagging and pulled away from the house in several places.
They promised a 4-day completion- then stopped showing up after one month. They tried to sneak in subpar materials and have refused to comply with refund agreement. Rich will not return text msgs. or voice mails- we’ve given him two months to do so. Rich has admitted to breaching our contract. Beware- Rich is just a smooth talker. We are preparing to take this further.
