Stay away from this place, they charge you $67 per application and another $175 administrative fee, and they show you an apartment saying is available but at the same time they show it to many more people too and God knows how many pays all those apps and admin fees, they just take your money and tell you you’re denied or they apartment is been rented. Stay away from here if you don’t want to waste your money ‼️
Place is in real need of cameras. Packages stolen, weed stench everywhere, and every weekend people just blast music outside. Every time I submitted a complained I would receive no response back. It Got to the point where I had to call the cops since the management doesn't like to respond. The security team also doesn't do anything but just drive around.
