Horrible customer service if I could give this place zero stars I would. This lady Erica was no help what’s so ever, how are they going to put that they close at 6:00 but she tells me that she can’t help me because she’s leaving at 5:30 when it’s past 5:30. A family friend lives there and they have to order packages to my place because people keep stealing them. There’s also a lot of cigarette ends all over the place. DONT MOVE HERE!

NO NO NO DO NOT MOVE PLEASE. first of all after you guys did a bug bed check and sprayed me and my daughters got bed bugs and guess what when I asked the office about it they just brushed it off and just gave us spray that probably gave us more cuz we are still itchy and where do I go cuz your guy's spray isn't working. Second of all you guys just please need to get rid of these mice cuz ive gotten mice like 10 times from once apartment. Honestly you guys just might have a pest invasion.
DO NOT MOVE HERE, THERES MICE 🐁, ROACHES 🪳 AND BED BUGS! Mice poop everywhere! This is in building 562, the office will give you mouse traps and have “pest control” check it out but it won’t go away! The walls are made out of paper, you can hear people fighting, people blasting music, so disrespectful! cops come all the time , people steal your packages, there’s 8-10 people living in some units when only 2 are on the lease, how is this allowed??? just UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
