The environment is very relaxing.
I stopped by this building that happens to be in a very good location. It’s close to everything. The building is kept very clean and neat. The manager was very nice and friendly. She explained to me the waitlist process and was very detailed. It was nice that she took the time to speak to me and how welcoming she was. Too bad they don’t have 4 bedroom apartments. I have a big family and need at least 4 bedrooms. But I highly recommend this place!
Awful manager, posts updates to tenants last minute for examples water fixes, inspections some times she doesnt notify the tenants or gives a notice the day she does the inspections. A tenant had a similar experience.
It used to be nice place to live until the current manager came.we never have any problem with any managers before,but since she is here she gives us the hard time with her nonsense things that cause us too much stress.
Quiet, well-maintained, access controlled apartment complex hidden in the heart of LA's Downtown, Chinatown and Echo Park neighborhoods. Great location, pleasant living conditions and secured parking. (Resident for 8 years...).
