I appreciated the service. They were not critical even though it had been far too long since I had seen a dentist.
I had a thorough exam and cleaning and was treated professionally. Most of the exam (except a couple of xrays) were comfortable. Will probably come back.
We've been patients here over the past three years, John, my youngest, has a leaning and speech impairment and has had some horrible dental experience in the past. The staff and providers have always treated him like he was the most important patient they ever had. He is very much "at home" there and has come out the last two check-ups with no cavities because they've helped him appreciate coming to the dentist and taking pride in his teeth and smile,

I have never enjoyed having to go to the dentist until I became a patient at Bartlett Dental. Dr. Carimi is always sure to check my night guard every visit, because I have went through several in the past. They are very attentive to the needs of the patient, and will do anything to make the patient more comforable.
The office staff is friendly, efficient, and Dr. Ruder's dental work is the best I have had from the three dentists I've been to.
Dr. Ruder and Beth made me feel like they are very interested in my Dental care and set my mind at ease over some questions I needed to discuss with them.
I brought in my 14 year old stepson. The hygienist was friendly and explained the entire process. The dentist came out and introduced himself and explained what the procedure would entail and the follow-up. I felt like they really cared. While they were working on him they kept me updated at regular intervals. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Even making the appointment was easy. We will definitely return. I think I've found our new family dentist!!
This is definetly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease.
