This is definitely a five-star group. Everyone is so nice & things are explained well. I was only there for a 6-mo. ck-up this time, but all the work I've had done in the past has been excellent.
Top notch staff! Front desk is always cheerful and friendly. Hygiene staff is thorough and professional. Doctors are very knowledgeable and kind.
I had great experience here. The staff, dental hygienist and Dr. Caldwell were great. If the computers had not been down, I would have been sent back at the appointment time. This wasn't their fault, and everything else was great!
Bartlett Dental Assoc. withheld service in lieu of what they claimed was high blood pressure. Their opinion is not supported by my physician and multiple blood pressure readings using an actual blood pressure cuff. Preferably the staff at BDA would not use dental equipment that was malfunctioning however they're resistant to questioning the performance of ancillary equipment does not build any confidence. Trust a physician to provide medical advice on medical issues and consider seeking dental care elsewhere.

This office is very professional and caring about the needs of the patient. The office staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Gano puts you at ease and explains everything. You cannot choose a better place for your dental needs than Bartlett Dental.
I have been a long time patient. Dr. Caldwell has very gentle hand during any procedure. His assistants and staff are efficient and very competent.
Mary is great!! Very professional & friendly. I met Dr.Gano for the 1st time. She too was very professional & friendly. It was a pleasure to see them both!! Also Carol was very courteous & helpful in re-scheduling my appointment.
Ur clinic parfectry nice. I amnot good English speaker but u tried me explane easy and understand me. I would like to get treat urs why but my insurance doesn't work there,very disappointment.
