Great family owned and operated business... I've known the Bartel's for 15 years wonderful family ... I highly recommend Bartel's Auto Clinic!
I'm disappointed in that I came away feeling like I've been ripped off. Sign on the wall says $29.95 for oil change plus tax and disposal fee. Bill came and I was charged $31 for parts and labor, then tax and disposal fee. What happened to the price on the wall. I know it's only $2, but it gives me the feeling they'd not honest. Guy at the desk couldn't explain why the difference.
Great experience today! Everyone was so friendly and my service was so affordable!
