Best Service Auto Shop in Carol Stream IL
place is clean. people friendly. they will work with you. I had some repairs a little over a year ago that needed to be redone. They stood behind their work. I do not recommend them. their prices are high even with 10% price match. They quoted an expensive price for work that didn't need to be done according to another shop. Get a second opinion on all repairs.
These people are some of the greatest people I've ever dealt with in a mechanic shop they will work with your pricing you'll get your car off the same day and on top of that if your car dies out on the side of the road that will pick you up drop you off at home and then pick you up from your home to get your car some of the best service I've ever seen with mechanic shop I can't thank you enough for how much they help me out
My car dealer's mechanics are on strike so I decided to bring my vehicle to Bartel's to have my air conditioner checked. I have all the confidence in the fact that they will figure out the problem. Adam Bartel was exceptional at keeping me updated as to what steps were being taken to fix the issue. Over all it was a pleasant experience.
