Be careful if you choose to take your car here! I've had my car examined a few times and every single time I go in, they take HOURS to repair something that shouldn't take so long to do. They are extremely rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Furthermore, they take an hour to examine your car and scam you out of hundreds of dollars because they act like your car is going to break down immediately if you don't get everything replaced right away. My mother referred me to Bartels and I am super happy she did. I trust Bartels100%, very honest workers, they walk you thru everything and even bring you to your car to show you what is wrong. They care about their customers. I love how they text you to let you know important info like warranty is almost up, let's check it out. I have had bad experiences with the little shops in Roselle and very happy with Bartels!
I just received an email to complete a survey regarding my recent visit. So, I thought that I would copy/paste my "other comments" here: Trevor explained thoroughly everything to me prior to picking up my Jeep. He provided me with a cost breakdown prior to me bringing it in. There was two items needed to be fixed as well.
