Bart is the best the realtor. He's kind, informative and quick to respond to questions or concerns. Even after we closed, he is still working hard to fix a few things our builder overlooked. We were involved with Bart as the renters of a home for which he was the selling agent. All of our interactions with him were very positive and he dealt with us in such a professional way, from his initial visit and walkthrough to scheduling showings around our available timeframe. If/when we end up buying our own home in northern Utah we will definitely go through Bart!

I have bought 5 homes (primary residence and rentals) through Bart in the last 5 years, and he is currently helping me buy and sell 3 more properties. I'm not sure if he's superhuman (see comment below), but he definitely has super powers in the real estate world. I think Bart might be superhuman! It is amazing what he is able to get done with his knowledge, experience and talent.
