First of all you feel like you’ve walked into a very nice hotel when you walk into this beautiful, clean, inviting dental office. Everyone is very attentive and polite. They are sensitive to your needs. ( such as mine that I cannot lay down flat.) If you get a procedure other than regular cleaning, you will usually get a follow up phone call that evening, where a dentist will check to see how you’re doing! I’ve always been very happy with the care I get there.

Specific appt for root canal #31 that was done 2023, I was told that my appt is for root canal #18, no notes in my medical records pertaining to #31... proceed to take ct scan, seen Dr Ryan, informed him that #31 is my main concern. He reviewed xray explained the xray, he said it looks ok, he stated that I should see perio for further eval. I was concern about ct scan results, I have to ask to review it with me, took a while cause he have to look at it. I love coming here. Dr. Le and Dawn are wonderful. They are very thorough, friendly, and professional. They do a great job. They never lie or try to upsell me. Very honest people. I ordered a night guard. Dr. recommended it. I trust his judgment and I ordered one. Got fitted or molded for a top guard. Easy process. Insurance doesn't cover it so I paid $300 out of pocket. Dr Barsoum, Dr Andy and the entire Chino Hills staff are outstanding. I will never go to another dentist. They are very honest, thorough and gentle. I never feel that I am having unnecessary procedures just to make a buck. I highly recommend Dr Barsoum Chino Hills.
Never had a bad experience with anyone at office. Always checking to make sure I am comfortable during cleaning or other procedures. Tough to get an appointment yet I am willing to wait for a "enjoyable" dental experience
The staff is very nice,the office is clean and they make you feel comfortable during your procedure.
From my first visit. I was extremely welcome by dr. Barsoum, the amount of kindness and reassurance I received made me trust this place blindly. They never push you for any treatment, their no1 purpose is to make you comfortable and relaxed. The Doctors are amazing (Dr. Andy Tawfik and Dr. Adalat) were both great, professional and reassuring. The clinic is beautiful and the assistants are great. Definitely recommend !
