I contacted Barsha bc I live in Brentwood and it was a close option. I contacted them bc I needed to have my lovely engagement ring resized and also needed a lobster clasp put on my 4 mm 24k gold chain that I wear with my diamond pendant. The first time I phoned in, a younger woman answered. She didn't even greet me on the phone, ( dead silence). I had to ask if this was "Barsha Jewelers." She replied, " Yeah" in a smug tone. I had a very bad experience during my visit to Barsha Jewelers. I came all the way from Harrisburg, hoping for good service, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. The owner seemed too busy talking on the phone and didn’t pay any attention to the customers. On top of that, the owner’s wife had an attitude and was not welcoming at all, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I stopped in today not knowing what to expect. I wanted to sell a gold bar. The gentlemen behind the counter was busy with a customer but he made sure he acknowledged me when I came in . He showed me the app they use for the purchase price and it was nice because there was no negotiation involved. The price was very fair and a lot more than what online retailers were paying. I will be back again.
