I’m very disappointed with the way I was spoken to when calling on behalf of my father, who is a patient at this office. I called to ask about bloodwork paperwork that he never received. I was polite and explained that he had recently returned and was trying to follow up on what was needed. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and rude in tone. He removed my daughter's ingrown toenail and made her feel comfortable. Quick procedure and recovery time. Literally no wait time in the office. The moment we stepped in for our appointment, the nurse was waiting for us and took us straight to a room to meet with the doctor. I recommend this place
Dr Barry Sussner is so caring, and empathetic. He is profesional and very knowledgeable. I have been going to this practice for years. It’s reassuring to know that there are still great doctors practicing.
I was advised to see a Podiatrist for a foot issue. I asked, a friend Dr. Brad Gollinger for a referral and that is how I stumbled upon Dr. Sussner. The office staff was professional, and helped me with my paperwork. Dr. Sussner was caring about my feet. He treated my calluses, and recommended how I can maintain. He was warm, and down to earth. Nasty reception/office, bad vibes, nasty, rude, can't catch it in a stable mood, if you don't like rudeness stupidity, nastiness, my advice and the advice of other poeple i spoke to, don't go there. The doctor is wonderful and nice himself!
