My mother is an elderly women who called Barry Smith to solve a leaking window problem. They came to fix the problem got payed and left. After four years my mom went to sell her house and the inspectors found dry rot under the window. We called Barry and ask to come see the damage. They would not stand by the work and told me that they made an "attempt" to fix the problem and that it was an 87 year old women's responsibility to know when something was wrong.
