Barry works very hard and is very productive -- when we request a showing, he usually schedules for the next 1-2 days and in certain cases even on the same day. He is very knowledgeable on both neighborhood and property, and is capable of and willing to point out the issues of either the neighborhood or the property, even in front of the listing agent. Barry was extremely helpful in finding our wonderful home in Illinois. I would more than highly recommend Barry Newman for anyone who is trying to sell a home. He truly went above and beyond for me, and for that I will be forever grateful. Never has selling a home been so stress free. He contacted me twice a week, or more for updates. If there was a problem, he would make certain it was taken care of immediately. Barry has been always helpful and worked hard to achieve the goals that I wish for. Whenever there is something wrong Barry can spot it and correct it.
