I WISH i could give this “man”, this “doctor” zero stars. absolutely the worst. horrible bedside manner. zero empathy, or genuine empathy i should say. my mom had an appointment for her hands, explained what was wrong. he did an x-ray and said, “you do need surgery,” but then said that based off of what someone BELOW him said- his “nurse practitioner,” who shouldn’t even be a receptionist, much less actually working with patients; he had even worst bedside manner and doesn’t know how to LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS, as he spent th... read more
Dont come here unless you have to. Some of the ER staff standing around laughing instead of helping patients. Got admitted to 4th floor most of the staff were nice cept 1 on the night shift that was a total witch towards me. Obviously she parks here broom there overnight. The quality of care is lacking compared to other hospitals I have been in. Dietary is a joke they just bring you some slop and you are expected to eat it. Cant even order anything. Get with the times people.
This hospital did not inform me that my child was being transferred to Shreveport. They did not allow any visitors for my child and never provided updates. I left several messages and voicemails, but I never received a response.
Wonder staff great hospitality from doctor and nurse in the emergency department
From my experience, great place! Staff are nice and knowledgeable and stuff gets done! I have to visit more frequently than most, but I enjoy my time there!
