I made an appointment to see Dr Gritz well over 30 days ago. I called because I was going to be late. Once I arrived, my credit card was charged $300 and then I waited. First I was told Dr Gritz couldn't see me because I was late (already had my money mind you), then I was offered an appointment on a day and time of the day I could not be there. Then the front office wanted to find an appointment in November. They had my money already! I have never given a bad recommendation before

This phychiatrist is OUTSTANDING!! I couldn't say one negative thing about this man. A true phychiatrist who cares more about your well being and happiness than any other. He makes you feel your normal, and an actual person, than like someone who has a label. I am defiantly happy with my work I have done with Dr Gritz! He has changed my life. I really appreciate his and all his staffs time and support. Thank you for everything you do and how you are able to trully help .... Not many like u

Dr Gritz is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. He spends as much time as it needs to take for an appointment, and is very good about explaining side effects and consulting with you on your needs. I now take my son as well. Sometimes there is a wait. So if you need to get in and out fast because you have limited resources, this is not the place for you. However, I would rather he take the right time for each patient and myself than run on a strict time line.

Although, it's quite reasonable/commonplace for Dr. Gritz's office to run late (10-15 minutes), with my most recent visit, I had an 11:45 am appt. and was not seen until 12:53 pm. It was not only irritating, but unprofessional, as there was no communication to the extent of the delay. When I was finally seen, Dr. Gritz said people talked past the allotted time. As a provider, managing clients' time or slot time ranges appropriately is an expectation; just like, it is expected I show up on time.
