Overall: I would not recommend at all unless you are in an emergency situation where you need a place quick and for only 2 months maximum. Good: they will get you in quick as long as you pay the deposit and application fee and work with you on move in dates. Bad: House is not upgraded or renovated like other properties in the area yet the rent makes it seem like it is. Had a situation where roommate gave me less than 24 hour notice when I was flying home on Memorial weekend he was leaving. We were supposed to check into a new hotel that Monday. Contacted this place on a Saturday. Courtney was so patient and so helpful. Answered all our questions, and there were a ton, I’m sure it was annoying, in a very timely and very understanding manner.
