I don’t recommend this place on Belmont , mice , spiders & roaches all in your home … their doors , walls , bathroom stuff is very old breaks easily you ask them for repair they will slightly try and blame you for the things that are broken , they have Homeless people over there that break windows on cars or people homes .. it don’t matter how clean your house is you will still have the mice roaches & spiders trust me .. . I’d give them a 0 star review if I could. I rented from them in 2018 and eventually got evicted. I was pregnant and my partner was the one who paid all the bills. We have a DV issue and had just given birth. 3 months into it I asked if I could pay back the rent and other things that were needed to pay and if I could stay in the house because the other 2 people had left and didn’t pay the bills. The day we moved in the basement was flooded due to water pouring in through the wall like a bathtub faucet. The water caused black mold to form. The bathroom toilet was about to fall through the floor. I had to get the health department involved to get maintenance to fix any of it. When I moved out Barron Properties tried to charge me over $1,000 for damages that didn’t exist after they kept my deposit. They lied claiming I didn’t return the keys on time.
