The day we moved in the basement was flooded due to water pouring in through the wall like a bathtub faucet. The water caused black mold to form. The bathroom toilet was about to fall through the floor. I had to get the health department involved to get maintenance to fix any of it. I lived in one of their properties 5 years ago. There were mice all over the house. Also, they were mice in my furniture. I couldn't get rid of them. No matter what I did. The matenance doesn't do their job. Only live there if you have nowhere to live. Even then, I wouldn't live there.
