Was looking to buy but friends suggested not to from this company.
So, it clearly states on the website, when you order, that quick ship items will be shipped in 1-3 days.. after you place your oder the email states you will get shipping confirmation when the order is processed.. I paid for quick ship 6 days ago.. I called and talked to Jennifer, who said she would email me back by the end of the day... NOTHING.. You guys need better shipping standards, and customer service skills
Actually put the UV protectant on that they advertise is on the panels. Mine are heavily faded after only 7 years. Look like garbage. Never again!
Close down...and never open for business again
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an order at the end of August was supposed to ship out by the end of September. Here it is October 10th and still no panels. I have been given a run around with an answer from customer service “ I don’t know why it hasn’t shipped, I’ll have to call you back.” I was told that the product would ship out on Monday the 8th and I will receive them on Wednesday the 10th. I ordered a stacked stone sample back on August 30, never received it. After 3 emails I was told it was on backorder. I politely asked for a refund since I didn’t want to wait any longer. Have since requested a refund on two more occasions with no response. Horrible customer service!
Absolutely I do not recommend this company. I waited over a month for my order. Never ever again.

Looks and feels real. But, beware: birds attack it! I need to repair 9 spots where a woodpecker pecked all the way through. I spent a lot of money on this material to do the front of my house and disappointed with this issue.
