We haven’t even gotten our product yet so I’m hoping this will change my mind about the review but the customer service was TERRIBLE when all I needed was a simple respond back to an email or phone call. I wish people would kindly do their job when we are spending thousands of dollars on a product from your your company.

RecommendedAdded faux stone to the privacy screen behind our jacuzzi. The materials look very realistic and were easy to work with (I used a utility knife, but you can also use a saw if you are ok with foam sawdust all over the place). I bought some touch-up paint from Barron, but got the tube of adhesive and caulking from a local hardware store, but it is nice that Barron offers both so you can get everything you need in one package. Product is amazing. Easy to work with! We finished up a fire place w/ built in wall unit. My biggest worry was mitering corners. The website has basic instructions and I'm sure every job in unique. The corners were "learn as you go". I wish I had a couple practice pieces to start with but everything turned out AMAZING! The product was delivered quickly. Through my fault, the panels were sent to the wrong address. I caught the error immediately, and let them know. The item was returned to production, but somehow they misplaced it and had to make them again. The payment was put through on June 3 and we didnt receive the panels until August 23. I will say that Sharon in the NY office, service department, was very helpful, and kept in touch. I do appreciate her level of care. The panels were what we wanted, just took a long time to get them.
I placed an order and wasn't satified. Tried to contact company and got the run around . Left serve messages. Finely someone called and promise to send return information in e-mail, but never did. Customer ID#146963 No one will contact me. I continue to leve messages with customer service representive Runda @ 631-651-4223. I believe the company is a ripe off!
