I am sitting here to eat dinner right now and there is live music being played. The music is soooo loud my group has to scream at each other to be heard. One of my group is very hard of hearing and has a hearing aid. The music is so loud inside that he had to turn his hearing aid down and was unable to join any conversations as he couldn’t hear what was being said. No organization/ delegation of duties. Servers should be servers... bartender should be bartender. I can understand why they can't keep ANYTHING straight. Also, I know it's cool and hip to take orders without writing anything down. But! Once again, with the staff having to wear so many hats, that's how you forget about customers altogether.
