I stayed on the 25th floor of Barrington Plaza in apartment 2504 for about 3 months. The illegal subletters were Benjamin Bansu and Cecilee Mathieson, they are brother and sister. They rent out bunk beds without approval from the property manager and leasing office. I reported to them that a Russian man named John Grant was urinating in plastic bottles within a few feet of other roommates in the same room.
