I have complained SEVERAL times about my extremely loud neighbors. My downstairs neighbors to be exact have what sounds like a home theater surround sound system that shakes and sends vibrations through my entire apartment. It is extremely uncomfortable to sleep through, sit through. A policy on surround sound systems should be in place.
I have been contemplating to write this review because I genuinely enjoyed most of my stay here regardless of the situations we faced. My family and I have lived here for 1 year and 6 months. During the initial tour they showed me a model unit which was very beautiful, we were told the actual unit was not available for a tour but will meet the exact standards of the model unit.
