I would want to give O star, not even a single star if it is not mandatory. I am a new resident and was not given option to walkthrough before move in. They gave me a parking garage which is very small And in bad location that it is hard to put my car inside without damaging. Management is very rude and doesn't care about your concerns. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Horrible experience in just first month of moving in.
I never had a problem with repairs requests. They are usually complete and available within hours of the request. Very competent and professional service workers.
