I have lived here for around 6 months now and i like the apartment itself meaning layout ease of entry ect. However when it comes to being clean there is usually dog droppings all around combined with a usually overflowing dog waste stations. Snow removal is subpar with on several occasions i myself have had to shovel parts of the sidewalk in order to walk my dogs and clearing walkways in front of DOORS which you’d think would be a priority. Completely out of touch. I asked for a virtual tour, and they sent me a rental quote and the tour. They call everything "updated" when it truly looks from the 1980s. For a 12-month lease, they want $2555/month. At that rate, I can go to a brand new luxury apartment across the street. Out of touch property owner. YIKES is all I can say to that. They are certainly predatory. Beware!
I am not at all happy with the Barrington Place apartment Management. After residing in the same apartment for five years, the substantial fee of approximately $1000 for house vacating painting and stove replacement left me feeling both surprised and frustrated. Although wear and tear are to be expected, the magnitude of the fee was disproportionate to the length of my tenancy and the care I took in maintaining the property.
