Josh Pethel did an outstanding job installing a new AC unit in my apartment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. I live here. Management keeps getting worse and detached from any issue you bring up, big or small. Repair crew comes quite promptly unless the office slams them with jobs that take longer because materials and supplies are being skimped by management.

Quiet neighbors, nice location in town, spacious apartments at a great price. Loved working with Deana to get into my lease when I needed to!

Other than the buildings being older, and lack of what are now commonly offered basic amenities within each unit, it has been a great place to live so far. Very quiet part of the neighborhood and respectful neighbors. The only thing that I would change is the very outdated and sometimes frustrating technology in the community laundry room, but the washers and dryers themselves are fine.
