Quiet neighbors, nice location in town, spacious apartments at a great price. Loved working with Deana to get into my lease when I needed to!
Other than the buildings being older, and lack of what are now commonly offered basic amenities within each unit, it has been a great place to live so far. Very quiet part of the neighborhood and respectful neighbors. The only thing that I would change is the very outdated and sometimes frustrating technology in the community laundry room, but the washers and dryers themselves are fine. The office staff has been more than helpful since we moved in and they also attended to any problems that came to light in the first couple ... read more

Barrington North is great for the price, very cozy well done apartments. The biggest downside for me has been the laundry. Everyone shares a group laundry room which is fine but we still have to pay to use the machines on the premises. The machine won’t take any cash or change you have to load money onto a card from a machine that looks like it’s from the 80’s and it is super specific about the bills you put in.
