Nice place to live and quiet.
We are beyond disgusted with this property and staff. We were sold a 1450+/mo townhome that is UNINHABITABLE. To name a few- the back door lock FELL OFF in our hands. The vent cover in the bathroom falling on my head, it’s unsanitary because of dead bugs, and calcified drainage system from backed up sewage. Absolutely DISGUSTING. The staff is awful too, poorly trained and impolite. Save your money!! Unless you want to spend it on a lawyer…
If I could give this complex a half of a star I would, they can’t keep maintenance men, the sewage system always backs up, the office staff living on the community has more domestic issues than the tenants ( boyfriends pulling guns on the workers after hours) not a safe place to live you are paying top dollar for amenities that are never able to use after they factor everything into your 1600 dollar rent you end up paying 2000+ a better option is retreat properties because this set up is just dirty
Bad service,high apt rate,and very old apt...very very poor maintenance service......
