Literally the worst apartment complex ever , Frequent power outages, You lose water on occasion, the trash dumpsters will get filled to the top and stay there for a few days, This one maintenance guy came into my home once , was very rude to me and I felt unsafe and disrespected in my own home. Neighbor was screaming bloody murder for 45 minutes straight and only stopped until I had to alert local police. If you dont want a headache , rent elsewhere . -0/10 stars
I’ve lived here for about a month and let me tell ya. The maintenance crew is horrendous here. The maintenance guy William breaks more things than he can fix. He broke my shower plug when I never had an issue with it, he ripped my flooring apart when replacing the w/d, he came out 4 times to try and fix and door to then have me fix it and I got it the first try… I’ve had other issues around the place so recently when they’ve been coming out they leave piss all over my toilet and leave on EVERY single light on so my bill incr... read more
Barrington Estates has been home through some very hard times. My Elderly Mother has lived there for years and has been through some of the rudest nastiest property manager. There were moments when it felt like things were falling apart. Since the new property manager Becky stepped in, that feeling has slowly changed, and it honestly means more than words can explain. This townhome complex is quiet and spacious. However since the new property manager has been put into place it has been terrible living next to her as she continuously smokes weed and makes my home unlivable for my children. This has been a family residence and is going down due to staffs lack of respect for residents.
