This is Braeburn village , which this company manages. How in the world is this acceptable?! Imaging paying your rent and opening your door and seeing this! And it’s like this ALL the time. Stop being cheap and put at least 2 dumpsters in each court because this is ridiculous!!
The worst property management company on the face of this Earth. At least when it comes to managing Braeburn Village. If you can't resolve your issue at the apartment level, don't contact them because they aren't going to do anything either. They place unprofessional people in management positions that don't communicate with one another and just keep raising rent prices while making no updates, changes, or repairs to the property and barely maintain it. I love this place
If you apply for apartments owned by this company and get denied you literally have to fight to get your money back from them even after they tell you 14 days or less to receive after denial. Still waiting on my refund and only get the run around when trying to get it back. Spinnaker apartments is withholding my money. Zero stars if that was available
I lived at a Barrett and stokley property for 2 years. During these 2 years I have seen at least 4 major office changes and at least 3- 4 Property managers. Obvious red flags! While the most office recent staff is probably one of the better in terms of customer service, in my experience with a situation that escalated to corporate office, it showed that this million/billion company doesn’t care about residents.
