Currently the mailbox is full cannot look up anyone in the directory as they don’t make any corporate or regional manager info public, they do not respond to contact request inquiries put in on their website and they do not respond to the feedback email that they robotically respond to everyone’s negative comments on here. This is why property management knows they can get away with anything as there’s no higher up oversight. Totally despicable.

Extremely inconsiderate, we lived at nickel plate station when we had a baby born with facial deformities and had a nicu stay because he could not eat and needed tubes to eat during when our 60 day notice was. Was told they will not allow any grace due to our circumstances and extended our lease by 20 days since we didn’t give a sufficient notice as well slapping multiple fees on top of that. Terrible leasing experience with mixed messages and forcing you into signing "optional" agreements to sell your data to a third party for rent reporting that they can do for free themselves but are too lazy or incompetent to do.

Barrett & Stokely manages several of our communities throughout the Midwest and they take every opportunity to connect with our valued residents, keep the buildings and facilities clean and well kept, and their people and communication is top notch. No doubt why they were named the Midwest’s Management Company of the year in 2025. Keep up the great work!

We currently are leasing an apartment at Flats at Walnut Ridge in Ft Wayne and our leasing manager is the worst. We are less than a year in into our “NEW” apartments and there have been nothing but non stop issues since the day we moved in. Crystal the leasing manager has been rude especially when we addressed our first issue with the first apartment and how there was a massive leak from the apartments above water leaking through all of our light fixtures and vents while we were expecting a newborn.
