I love barre3! The studio has a great energy, and the class is challenging but wonderful.
Everything about the place is so welcoming and uplifting. The workouts are always the right amount of a challenge and I always leave so fresh feeling and energetic afterwards. This place can easily turn a bad day to a great day in the matter of a visit.
Amazing!!! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a total body workout!!
