I went in for a colonoscopy with Dr Saad and everyone in the front office and the back where they prep you were very friendly and considerate. Austin and Berkley, super friendly and considerate while prepping me before and after the procedure. I want to mention Austin did a great job putting in my IV, have had bad experiences before but he was excellent. There were others too but I don't remember their name. The surgery staff was great! The front desk person took my cash payment, charged my cc the balance. THEN.. months later I received a bill because she did NOT record my cash payment (luckily I saved the receipt) and did NOT charge the full balance due. I spoke to the billing manager and sent her a copy of the receipt and never heard back. A few days ago I received a notice from collections!!!! I had to spent hours trying to get THEIR screw up fix!. I showed up for my procedure today and rather than the cost at which I was quoted with coverage from insurance, they tried to get me to sign a document saying I'd pay up to $1000 for anesthesia. They then indicated the amount I was quoted at does not include anesthesia and I may be billed unknown sums way above what I was told. Tried to sort it out before my procedure and they were totally evasive and unhelpful.
