I wish I could give no stars because the service suck! First I have been going to the Barracos in Crestwood for 5 years and you would think they treat the valued customer with some respect but no! I ordered the pasta ****** and towards the end of me finishing it had hair in it. Talk about RACIAL PROFILING. FOOD is always GREAT. However, customer service SUCKS! I have been patronizing this restuarant for years until 12/13/22. I had a disorgnaized waitress asked for two different drinks but the bar had no mix for both drinks I was finally served my apple martini. Secondly, I and my friend ordered a pizza and shrimp salad. Placed an order for delivery with pizza and wings. Pizza was great but the wings were bad quality and the meat tasted very old. My family and I werent even able to enjoy our meal. We threw out all of the wings after just one bite into one wing. Called the store to see if I could be refunded for just the wings and was told by the manager that I had to send in photos as proof of this. Management and employees are very rude. Told me my order would be 7 minutes. After patiently waiting *************************************************************************************** "You have to ask her." Pointing me to the employees. I in turn told her that was very rude, and she told me "I don't care." And when I told her I would make a complaint against her to upper management, she said, "It doesn't matter because we're family run."

Where do I beginning! Me and family (party of 3). African American females ages 30, 50, 72. Arrived around 6pm on Saturday, February 9th. The greeter informed me the wait would be 25 minutes. We waited and waited. After 40 minutes passed I asked if we were going to be called. Noticing people walking in and being seated right away. The greeter said those parties had reservations. The first time I went to Barraco’s 95th, they burnt my girlfriends salmon and mentioned it to Fran the manager she said that is how it comes and there is nothing she can do about it. We decided to give Barraco’s another chance. We ordered a bottle of wine and when brought out to us they left the price tag of $10.99 on it and proceeded to charge us $20. Barracos is the best Italian restaurant! Great pizza and great service.
