I clipped a 10 % coupon that was rudely refused at their operation on ****** in ***********. They said, it does not apply to buffet. The coupon has various exclusions but does not specifically say buffet. It does say not good with any other offer but that is vague and a buffet served 5 days a week is standard, not an offer. The coupon should have been accepted since the coupon does list exclusions but not this one.

Real Racist's place will not be back me and my wife did not see a server did not come to our table it was 3 Waitress around one guy finally got our drinks after we went to the buffet and put them by the cash register food was cold service was horrible the three that were out there kept serving other tables then had the nerve to ask when we were leaving did we pay what nerve i won't be back and i me and my wife feeling's was hurt

This is a complaint directed towards a ***** whom is a RACIST that claimed to be the manager on duty at Barracos Pizza located at ***************************************************************** on 10/06/2023 around 6:30PM. We are a family of three who attempted dine in and was turned away by this person whom claimed there was a thirty minute wait. After years of enjoyable dinning at Baroccos Pizza in ********* we were a victim of their new Zero Tolerance policy about rude customers. I guess complaining about slow service makes my wife and I rude and subject to being thrown out for such behavior. I have never been treated as indignantly as I was by bartender/hostess. Too bad, but there are other good pizza restaurants without a zero tolerance policy for customers!

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT If you are African American you can't dine in at the ************* location. My *********** was turned away from dining in about 9:30pm on July 22nd and was told we needed a reservation, but the white family of 4 came in right behind us and was seated right away. They wasn't even asked if they had a reservation or not. On June 10, 2023 I ordered a pizza from ********* Pizza location in *********, **. I was unhappy with the large $37 pizza I ordered, so I called to request a return. I only ate a few slices. *******, the manager, informed me that all sales were final. She did not compromise or offer a credit. As a matter of fact, she hung the phone up. I am a registered nurse. My co-workers and I often order from the *********** ********* as they are one of the few places that delivers late. Although we have had several instances in which our orders were incorrect, we have continued to order from them. 01/09/23 Pregnant and craving desperately for a chicken ***** salad. My first choice, Portillos, was not serving chicken as they were closing soon. ****** Maps said Barracos was the closest restaurant to serve the salad so I ordered from the 135th & Cicero location.
