Great venue, food and an awesome staff. Highly recommend the place.
Think twice before you consider this venue for your wedding, they have had multiple thefts on the property which they had every opportunity to disclose to our family, but failed to do so. They continued to lie to us, even after we became victims of burglary during my sister's wedding this weekend.

I want to personally respond and express how sorry I am with the unfortunate thefts that have recently occurred at Barr. With over 34 years of operation, such occurrences have been rare - and to this degree it has never occurred. Nevertheless, we did have a break in and took action that we believed would stop the problem immediately. We installed cameras with monitoring video outside and inside. It's been 7years since my wedding at Barr Mansion, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend it as a location for both the ceremony and reception. Food was amazing; it was 90% vegetarian and none of the carnivores noticed. I especially loved the cupcakes they made instead of a traditional wedding cake.
