Staff would not book my appointment until they received my referral. Mind you I have a point of service insurance plan. Therefore, I can use my PPO side if I wanted to. I called 4 different times and was on hold for 10-15min each time. I emailed my referral and faxed it over to the office. Staff is completely unprofessional, no phone etiquette, and incompetent. the receptionists are useless. They answer the phone, put you on hold and never comeback. A nurse calls and leaves a message and you can never get in touch with them.
I have been going to Dr. Baron for several years. Both at this office, and his old office in Lake Forest. I found him to be very friendly, yet professional. He has excellent eye contact, and a huge smile. He has a calming manner that sets your mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Baron to family and friends, and always look forward to seeing him.
On 2 Different occasions with 2 separate family members, Dr. Baron was able to diagnose correctly after other doctors did not. With my husband he literally saved his leg & maybe his life. With my mother-in-law, doctors were giving her medication that was making her skin irritated from an allergic reaction & he was able to acknowledge that & stop their treatment. In both cases he was the only one that could figure out what was happening. We are so grateful to have found him. He is worth the wait
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and attractive office, Dr. Baron was took the time to listen to all my questions and answer them and address all the concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable while at the same time making you feel very at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a dermatologist.
