We called looking for a PTO, Eric asked us many questions in order to make sure the PTO was correct, we took the old PTO there and were told that he didn't even need to see it, just by the information he requested he knew it was correct. We took the PTO and it was not correct, we drove back to Miami and when we get there the owner of the store says its no refunds or exchanges, we tried to explain that we bought what the sales person said it was correct, she declined to refund or to exchange for the correct one.
