As a mom of three small children, I have spent very little time taking care of me. After seeing another friend take the 20lb challenge, I decided it was time for me to challenge myself too. The camp challenge helped me get back on track and follow a healthy lifestyle. They provide great workouts and nutrition classes. All the trainers at BarNone Training are helpful and encourage you to push your limits during the workout. Find a buddy, sweat it out and have fun at BarNone Training.

I had heard from a friend about the challenge and decided to do it for my self. It was hard adjusting my life routine and to get up at 4am for my 5am workout but at the end it was all worth it. The trainers are very helpful during workouts and with any questions you have during the six weeks. They also encourage you to not give up and to work hard towards your goal. I am looking forward to start my second challenge!

BarNone is the best! I have struggled with me weight and diet for several years. I have struggled with my motivation and BarNone really helped me get motivated and on the right track to healthy living. I wasn't sure I could do this but after my first experience I just knew that this time was going to be different. The classes are great. The instructors are knowledgeable and very helpful.
