The camp challenge has been a great experience for me. I love the structure of a different class every day to switch it up. I'm a person that always played sports in the past and find it hard to motivate myself in the gym on my own. Having a class with others allows me to push myself in a way I've never been able to achieve on my own. The diet is hard, but the exercise makes it worth it. The staff is supportive and it's fun to see other challengers like me almost every day working to improve themselves as well.
I was scared to start the Camp Challenge because I thought I would be judged and I had never had a pleasant experience at a gym prior to this challenge. I am so grateful for the life-changing experience I've had with BarNone training. I've been introduced to some of the friendliest people and most amazing trainers. I can't begin to describe how amazing this place has been for me. When I first came to Barnone for orientation I was afraid of change. What if I couldn't loose the 20 lbs? What if I lost my $497 deposit on the first round? What am I getting myself into? I soon learned that following the plan and sticking to it would do nothing but offer the answers to those questions. The Barnone 6 week challenge was in one word … WORK! I knew when I started I would be challenged physically, but I did not know or understand the full extent of the challenge to my emotional state and my determination. At some point, you have to take that small 5% of you who believes you need to make the change, add in some faith and a bomb support system and you can do anything! You get out of it what you put in.
