The 6 week boot camp has changed me for the better. I lost 23 lbs and have more energy. As a nurse it has been hard to talk health when I haven't been health, but with this progress I can show them anyone can make a change. I'm excited to do another 6 week boot camp challenge and see where this new healthy lifestyle takes me. Thank you barnone training for believing in me, motivating me, and keeping me accountable.
The last 14 weeks has been both mentally and physically challenging. I had let me health slip over the last couple of years and finally decided enough was enough.
