Best thing I've ever done for myself! Like most people I've tried losing weight on my own, the accountability is the best part of this challenge. I've never been so encouraged to get up and workout or to stay on a diet and never cheat! I LOVED the workouts and felt stronger every day. I would 100 times over recommend this for anyone and everyone, all shapes and sizes. The trainers are amazing as well and really care about your success. I've completed one challenge, lost 23.8lbs and can't wait to keep going!
This camp was everything they said it would be!! Motivation to do great and keep you going on the rough days. Accountability with weekly weigh in's to keep you honest and on the right track going to classes. But the best part is the relationships! I've met wonderful people all there working toward the same goal with the best trainers that push you to do your best! It works and I feel great!!! Thanks Barnone!!!
Going to Barnone is what I need,I've had my blood pressure ,blood sugar in normal range,my Dr.s very happy with my progress,all the trainers have shown me the correct way to do my workout,I need that cause I want to get it right to be a success! As of 4-7-17 I've lost 22.1 lbs for 1st challenge.Thank you Barnone and my fellow challengers! My second challenge begins soon, wanting to get a better grip on my weight and lose 25 lbs this 2nd challenge and be as healthy as I can be!
