Dr. Barnhorst has been checking my eyes for several years. He is always friendly, professional, explains things well, and is never pushy or insistent that I have a procedure done.
Besides eye exams Dr. Barnhorst has operated on my eyes a few times and I can say how excellent he is in all aspects. He is very concerned about his patients and is very caring and professional.

Waiting room was full w/ patients & their caregivers. All personnel were efficient, professional & polite. A stickler for good customer service, was not disappointed. Seems to operate in a very well-oiled machine like fashion. All i's dotted and t's crossed - on request insurance was verified for surgery while there & usually hard to get appointment with PCP for preop was scheduled w/ their help for next day. All concerns made that day were addressed to satisfaction & can call as new arise.
