Your ring did not come from our store and after sizing it for you we replaced stones to you on 3 occassions without charge to you. But after the 3rd time we informed you that the item would have to be sized back up at least 1 size to prevent the stones from continuing to fall out (again at no charge) or that we would no longer be able to continue replacing stones without cost.
