Best and friendliest customer service I've had in years. So helpful and run by good people
We used Barnett Jewelers for our wedding bands, and we are very happy! Oscar answered all of our questions and met with us several times to help us make a decision. The rings were special-ordered, and they even helped us exchange one band for a smaller size. You can tell they really care about their clients!

Best experience ever! You can tell Anna and Oscar really do care about make you feel like family. Went in today to get my engagement ring sized correctly, and left feeling like I just made friends! They remembered my fiancé which made me feel at ease. If you are looking for a personal experience and not wanting to be "sold" when shopping for jewelry, I would suggest Barnett at River City. They really were great to work with and we are looking forward to continuing our experience.

My fiance and I had a fantastic experience at Barnett Jewelers! They are genuinely accommodating, helpful and friendly people. They did not pressure us and they promptly found and ordered exactly what we wanted. We are extremely happy with our experience and our rings! We will definitely be back!
