LOVED renting from Barnett and Hill! Rented from the Mesquite Square apartment complex - I initially started out in a two-bedroom apartment, but decided after one month that it was not for me and they were able to transfer me to a one-bedroom apartment with no problem! The staff work hard to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Maintenance was always on top of their game when something was needed fixed - which was a minor problem! Pool and laundry room were up to date as well! Thankful for y'all!
Customer service was awful. Bunch of lairs. Don't do business with them.
Did not appreciate their customer service. They are terrible at communicating important factors when renting from them. They were also dishonest in our lease agreement and would often take more than 5 business days to respond to important emails/requests. When discussing a lease termination, B&H were rude and made threatening comments towards us. I strongly advise against renting from them!
