Me and my husband began renting from Barnet and Hill back in 2015. We have lived in The Quarters, Mesquite Square and Brooke Hollow Apartments. Each apartment complex was well maintained and any issues that came up were properly dealt with. The office staff are kind and care about tenant issues. Multiple failures to uphold written agreements. Signed a lease to group of tenants after agreeing to lease to our group multiple times. They took responsibility for their mistake the first time and then repeated the mistake once more. They failed to thoroughly communicate with us despite our continuous efforts to make our problem known. Untrustworthy and extremely fickle
Tried listing my rental with this company. Nothing happened for months. Their recommended listing price was much lower than value and their recommended deposit was also very low. I finally gave up and listed it myself at the rate I knew it was worth and found wonderful qualified applicants in 3 days. Wasted my time.
Great customer service. Leasing with them is very easy and efficient. I haven't had a problem with them since I've leased with them almost a year ago. I would recommend this company for any Real Estate service.
