Never had my eyes dilated before which lasted for over six hours. Nonetheless, the staff should have informed me not to drive myself home…felt like I was driving through war torn Ukraine...weeks later my eye are still so sore. Went to branch in parker az and the service is shameful. Advised by Dr I needed bifocals Got my prescription sent in prescription to be filled realized something was wrong with glasses went back to Dr they realized they did not writ in the portion for the bifocals I ask for them to replace glasses as they made mistake only to be told it was the eye glass co that filled the prescription wrong and they should have known it was for bifocals how could they know this as they are going off ithe information provided by Dr on prescr... read more

very high pressure sales , was going to change my mind and got talked into more expensive lenses saying this your last chance can't be redone, Then was told information interview was the hardest part , went into surgery 2 weeks later around noon , The lady putting in the needle for the pain meds hurt me a lot trying it insert that needle i have very big veins and it was never used to do the surgery a tablet under the tongue was my medication it was very painful the whole night after and dripping liquid next day checkup i to... read more
