Stay Away! I don't normally review anything online but feel compelled to do so with this company. I spent over $500 in repairs on my furnace without an accurate diagnosis from them. I went with another company in town and they properly diagnosed the issue in 5 minutes and now my furnace works (minor condensate drain issue). Barnes is just not a very knowledgeable company (or they like racking up the bill) and you are better served taking your business elsewhere. Quality Work This business installed a solar water heater system for me and provided excellent follow up. Scott is a great guy. He did efficient, quality work.
very good This has been a great plumber all 3 times i have had them out over the last few years. They are always courteous and efficient. They deserve a pat on the back for the good work and service they provide.
Fast service, fair price. When I called on Barnes Plumbing & Heating to repair gas piping, they were quick to respond. When they showed up to complete the job, they were thorough and in the end charged me a fair price.
Pleasure to work with While repairing my natural gas furnace, Barnes was beyond my expectations! Truly a pleasure to work with, they provided an immediate response to my phone call and I will be forever grateful. I feel I need to pass my experience along to others, it was that good.
