I was recommended to Dr Barnes because of a persistent bladder issue and from the minute I arrived to the end everyone was attentive, caring and excellent. Dr Barnes was gentle, thorough and informative. I have never been to a urologist before and I would highly recommend Dr Barnes

My wife was having urgent needs to urinate. She was being treated by primary care doctor with a drug that was not helping. We asked our doctor to recommend a good urologist, and she sent my wife to Dr. Barnes. Dr. Barnes was able to quickly discover my wife had a large tumor in her bladder. Dr. Barnes arranged for a specialist in Miami to remove the tumor and provide after care. I have no idea where these negative reviews are coming from! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Natalie Barnes on several occasions over the past few months, and found the office staff to always go above and beyond and the doctor herself is exceptional. Kind patient informative, extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to go to this great doctor for a second. She is terrific!

Dr. Barnes saw me on short notice, thank you. Two days later the culture showed that the antibiotic she prescribed was resistant to my infection. I phoned expecting to have her prescribe an antibiotic listed as sensitive to my infection. Her office wanted to set up a tele-visit and wanted my credit card information before proceeding. I was quite disgusted! I had seen her two days before and there was no need for a tele-visit. Frankly medicine is no longer what it was. Waited 45 minutes , undressed in examining room. Never came by to apologize and say she’d be in soon. Patients in other rooms also complaining. Sent to several other specialists for her diagnosis.

My 85 year old mother is a patient of Dr Barnes with frequent UTIs, I am her medical POA, and work with my brother to coordinate her medical care. In the past,trying to communicate with Dr. B's office on behalf of my mother has been very difficult, takes diligence and the ability to text one of her assistant's. However now she is in rehab after an unrelated surgery and has a foley catheter, and tests were run on kidney function. Trying to get her on the phone and she refuses to have a call with me. Prior to making an appointment with Dr Nathalie Barnes, I called three other urologist specialists & not one doctor could see me for at least a few weeks. Mind you, I had an urgent issue that I needed to be seen for asap. I know that I could have gone to urgent care, but that was not what I wanted to do. Dr. Barnes’ staff was outstanding and polite. Exceptionally clean and serene office. Dr. Barnes was engaging and knowledgeable, excellent bedside manner!

Awful from start to finish, dr rushed in & out in two minutes then charged for services not received & never called back with results. Do not waste your time!
