Before I came to NWA Family Dental it was like pulling teeth getting me to even schedule a dentist appointment, but the amazing staff from the front desk all the way back have time and time again made my experience one I will never forget. The welcoming, friendly atmosphere combined with the experience of the staff, and their approach to helping me has taken me from not even stepping foot near a dentist office to looking forward, and being excited for my next appointment!
Very nice dentist visit I've had a very knowledgeable, friendly and informative dentist visit today in this clinic. They patiently went through detailed exam and explanations I asked for. I will keep going and highly recommend to everyone.

AMAZING CARE! We have never been to such a caring and comprehensive dental office! From the first person you meet at the desk to the dentist himself you will not find a more caring and friendly staff! We are already in love with this office and how they not only treat problems you have, but look into the why or causes of them. They teach you what you are at risk for and what you can do to prevent future problems! Establishment was very clean and welcoming. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely courteous. The evaluation was done in a timely manner and throughly explained all options. My only disappointment was in the cost. This was my 3rd office to visit in order to get an overall view of establishment and cost. This office was the highest cost of all 3 by a healthy amount. So they were my first establishment to cross off my list. They were double the cost of one and 3/4 the cost of another. I am not sure why there was such a dif... read more
New Patient Today I had a new patient exam today and I have to say it was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. My x-rays and up close photos were explained in detail. The environment was calm and caring. The staff was super friendly as well! I have been in the dental world for many years and I would highly recommend this office! Cleanliness, attention to detail and no pressure are big on my list and they scored big time on all three. Best Dental practice in NWA I have worked in the dental field for a number of years, in both the front office and the technical laboratory side, so I'm quite familiar with many offices in NWA. This is absolutely one of the best. The staff is energetic, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr Kifer is one in a million, very easy hand during procedures and very thoughtful. I'll be a patient at this office for many years to come.
