Everyone in this clinic is very friendly and makes you feel a part of the family. I am so happy my daughter referred me to NWA Family Dental.
Was very happy with my experience from beginning to end. Hansen was very helpful in getting me set-up and scheduled for my appointment. He also got all paperwork to me ahead of time so I was prepared when I arrived. Ashley was wonderful and very knowledgeable, providing pointers, and going out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Dr Johnson was super sweet and personable. The office was spotlessly clean. Overall a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone searching for a Dental office.
I had SUCH a wonderful experience as a first time patient here. Every member of the staff was kind and diligent! I truly felt that they were concerned about the current and future of my dental health. Can’t recommend them enough!!
From first walking in the building to walking out the whole experience was great! Every member of that practice is friendly and efficient! Every question I had got answered. They work well together and have awesome customer service! I even received a hand written note after my visit! I love the attention to detail and am very happy with my choice to go here.
I don't know how they do it, but everytime I go see Dr. Kifer and his staff they seem to outdo their last visit! They are kind and compassionate and always explain things so well! This past time I went in for work for me, but remembered a question about my daughter's teeth - well they quickly pulled up her Xrays and were happy to answer my question - which was completely unrelated to my visit. This visit Ashley (long time absolutely wonderful hygienist) discovered a change from the previous cleaning/check up and suggested a treatment to keep the change from becoming a problem.
